Application Method :
  Proper installation depends largely on the kind of roof shingles being applied, however, it is recommended that the roof was smooth, continuous, clean and dry. It is essential to start the application with appropriate marking of the roof and shingles should be attached according to the marking. Application should start along the eaves, and shingles should be trimmed and protection film removed. Shingles can be fixed with nails (special large headed roofing nails; zinc plated or galvanized, high adherence, with a length suitable to thickness and type of roof deck.)
Technical Details :
  Ceramised granule coating, which provides a permanent colour and finish to the shingles, protects the bitumen layers and prevents the shingles from deteriorating. The ceramised granule coating not only gives a permanent colour and finish to the shingles, but also protects the bitumen layers below from the UV rays, thus preventing the shingles from deteriorating with time. A layer of impregnated fiberglass is enclosed between two layers of bitumen.
