Item Description :
  Flashband bonds instantly to provide a permanent watertight seal that grows stronger over time. It is ideal for new build, maintenance and repair projects. Superior heat resistance maintains the integrity of the seal from - 10DC to 100DC, its layered structure and formulation is designed to withstand extreme temperatures. Flashband bonds to most building materials including brick, masonry, slate, concrete, roof tiles, wood metal, terracotta tiles, roofing felt, glass and rigid plastics. It provides long lasting protection and instant waterproof seal, is quick and easy to apply. Available in variety of colours and sizes.
Application Method :
  Remove grease, loose debris and visible moisture. Fill cracks, hollows and depressions with Bitumen Repair Mastic. For improved grab and adhesion apply Flashband Primer. Unroll Flashband and remove backing paper. Cut length required with a sharp knife. Position Flashband Tape and press into place with finger tip pressure. Using a seam roler or piece of rounded wood smooth the tape to ensure good overall contact and expel any air, especially on overlaps. Flashband can be overpainted with conventional decorative paints, but some staining may occur at the edges.
Technical Details :
  It is a grey finish self-adhesive flashing strip � ideal for emergencies. Includes primer for ease of application and is quick and easy to use. No specialist tools required.
